provided that the rental period is four days or more.

08. Immediate car replacement in case of breaking down or maintenance.

11. No additional charges for car supply out of normal working hours.
12. No extra charges applied for additional drivers.

14. An International Drivers Permit Licence is not required in Jordan; you
could drive our cars using your home licence.
15. Driving is only allowed within the Jordanian borders, according to the local
laws.
16. No cancellation charges if within 72 hours before arrival.
17. The minimum rental period is four days otherwise kindly contact us.
18. Payments could be by Cash, American Express, Visa, or MasterCard.
19. In case the needed car is not available at time of customer's request, a better or similar alternative car is offered.
Not included:
20. Additional Insurance Coverage: ( Zero deductible in case of an accident).
21. Chauffeur Hire cost you US$30 per day inside Amman City, otherwise contact us for more details.
22. Chauffeur Overnight Allowance (Outside Amman only) is US$40 per night.
23. Child seats and snow chains are available upon request which will cost you per unit US$5.00 per day.
Insurance charges if the Additional Insurance Coverage(AIC) is not purchased:
* You have full comprehensive insurance as well as third party insurance (protects the renter against a claim made by another person in the event of any damage or injury). In the unfortunate event of an accident, or damage to the vehicle, the renter will be expected to pay a certain amount towards the total repair cost which varies from car to car. This is the renter car insurance excess. Our excess payment is set at per claim, according to the rented category from A to C US$350, and from E to F US$700.
* We advise our customers to purchase the Additional Insurance Coverage (AIC) which contains all of (CDW, PAI, TPI, LDW & DEW) so you will be covered in all eventualities and you will NOT pay any excess amount (Zero deductible in case of an accident) if you have a crash/accident.
* To buy the additional insurance coverage (AIC), it will cost you $10 per day for A & B categories, or 15$ for (C) category, or $30 per day for (E & F) categories.

Additional Insurance Coverage (AIC) includes the following (no excess):
01. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).
02. Personal Accident Insurance (PAI).
03. Theft Protection Insurance (TPI).
04. Loss Damage Waiver (LDW).

08. Aqaba City: 65$
09. Aqaba Arava Border (Southern Israeli Border): 75$
10. Transfer from Amman to Damascus, Syria: 140$
Meet & Greet at Amman Airport (Round the clock).
We meet & greet you at Amman Queen Alia Airport (round the clock). After delivering the car to you, our representatives will escort you in another car to your desire destination in Amman City (Hotel, etc…) in order to make sure you reach your destination the easiest and safest way. (This service is free of charge).
